WE PROMOTE

films worldwide that advance the unity of people across different cultures.

 

WE SEEK

films from countries throughout North America, Asia, Africa, Latin America, The Caribbean, and worldwide that are focused on People of Color, Women and Class struggles in a progressive and inspired light. We also seek films by students, alumni, and faculty worldwide and some impactful filmmakers who represent People of Color or Women' Struggles.

 

OUR GOAL

is an association with filmmakers, educational institutions, and screening

houses worldwide to highlight the plight and advancement of People of Color

and the struggle of Women Internationally. Just in our 2021 premiere event, we garnered 3047 films more than any festival that represented cultures from 190 countries.

 

OUR FOCUS IS CULTURAL EXCHANGE:

People of Color International is committed to creating many avenues of opportunity towards bringing together activists, educators, technologists, artists and supporters of change that can contribute to worldwide enlightenment of cultures through events and discussion. 

 

CRITERIA FOR SUBMISSION:

The films that we will be screening should have a progressive perspective by cultures that are often stereotyped or overlooked in mainstream media.
